Be smart move the sewer plant to pease. There is no water front left for the public to go. Too much has polluted are beautiful river already.I`m a life long resident, spent most of it on the water front and there is not much access left. Had high hopes that the new mayor wouldn`t allow this to happen.

i totally agree that the toilet has to go out of site at Pease.
